Automatic Shipping Terms and Conditions

By signing up for Pristine’s Auto-Ship Program you are abiding by the following Auto-Ship Terms and Conditions:

Auto-Ship Account:

You must have a Pristine account, a valid email address and a Credit Card and/or Debit Card to set up and participate in the Auto-Ship Program.

By placing an Auto-Ship order, whether by online at DigestaCure.com, placing a telephone order through a DigestaCure Customer Service Representative, facsimile, by mail, or otherwise, you are bound by these Auto-Ship Terms and Conditions.

Auto-Ship Order Placement:

By placing an Auto-Ship order, you authorize Pristine to automatically place and ship you an order for your selected Auto-Ship items, on a scheduled date determined by your order frequency selection on your initial Auto-Ship order.

Auto-Ship Order Payment:

By placing an Auto-Ship order, you authorize Pristine to charge the credit card you provided for subsequent Auto-Ship orders until you cancel your Auto-Ship order. Unless modified by you, the credit card you used to set up the initial Auto-Ship order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will be charged the day the order is placed and forwarded to the warehouse for processing.

If your credit card is declined at time of Auto-Ship order placement, your order will not be placed and you will be notified that your Auto-Ship payment has failed and you need to update your credit card information. Once your payment information is corrected, your Auto-Ship order will be placed. To update your credit card information, you can go to your “My Account” section and click “Order History and Auto-Ships” to update your credit card information.

Credit Card and Debit Card payment will be the only valid payment type accepted for Auto-Ship Order payment. Store Credit, Gift Certificates, Checks, PayPal, and Bill Me Later will not be accepted.

If you have received an Auto-Ship order without paying for it (e.g. your credit card was cancelled or the payment was charged-off), Pristine reserves the right to pursue any/all collection efforts allowed under the law.

Auto-Ship Order Notifications:

An Auto-Ship order confirmation email will be sent after each Auto-Ship order is processed and shipped. Once an Auto-Ship order is scheduled, no emails will be sent before subsequent Auto Ship order shipments are processed.

Each Auto-Ship order will generate a new PO number based on your original order authorization.

At the time of order placement, any back-ordered item(s) on your Auto-Ship order will be indicated on your order confirmation.

Auto-Ship Order Back-Ordered Items:

Any back-ordered Auto-Ship order item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available. Customer agrees that pristine will not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred due to back-ordered items not being shipped or shipped late.

A back-ordered item will not affect the Auto-Ship order schedule for the back-ordered item. Subsequent Auto-Ship orders of that item will continue to be shipped according to the schedule you specified when you set up the initial Auto-Ship order. 25, 90, or your customized frequency choice will run from the date you set up the initial Auto-Ship order, not from the date that an item was last shipped.

Cancellation of Auto-Ship Orders is Easy:

Canceling subsequent Auto-Ship orders can be done by calling Customer Service at (888) 671-2873 (U.S.) or (954) 320-7520 (International). You can modify or cancel your Auto-Ship order at any time before the subsequent order is processed.

Canceling an Auto-Ship Order will stop all future shipments of that order.

To resume your Auto-Ship Order after you have cancelled it, you will need to call Customer Service.

Changing of Your Auto-Ship Order:

Modifying subsequent Auto-Ship orders is easy. Simply Call Customer Service: 1-888-671-2873

Change the order frequency of an item

Remove items from you Auto-Ship order

Acceptance of Auto-Ship Terms and Conditions:

By placing an Auto-Ship order, whether by online at DigestaCure.com, placing a telephone order through a DigestaCure Customer Service Representative, facsimile, by mail, or otherwise, you are bound by these Auto-Ship Terms and Conditions.

Pristine reserves the right to update or revise these Auto-Ship Terms and Conditions at any time. If Pristine makes material changes to these Auto-Ship Terms and Conditions, we will provide you notice by posting a notice on the website for 30 days. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or any changes proposed by Pristine, your only remedy is to cancel your Auto-Ship Order(s).
