THE FIRST CHOICE: Mix POWDER dosages in moist foods and consume all. Moist foods that work well for mixing are yogurts, apple sauce, oatmeal, mashed potatoes, rice pudding, coconut pudding, ice cream, baby food, etc. POWDER dosages may also be sprinkled on other moist foods and eaten, as long as the entire portion is consumed. Use the Dosage Amounts below, and forget the liquids. DO NOT COOK OR MICROWAVE THE POWDER.
THE SECOND CHOICE: Mix POWDER with any healthy fruit, vegetable, or protein smoothie. May also be mixed with ice cream or milk shakes, dairy and non-dairy. Be certain to consume the entire shake.
THIRD CHOICE: Mixing in water, juice, or a combination of both. Mix Doses Fresh Twice Daily day 4 and forward as outlined below. Do not attempt to stir or mix in a drinking glass or cup. The product will only dissolve (90%) by using a shaker bottle, or plastic water bottle. Use the number of liquid ounces outlined below for ease of drinking, then scoop in half of the daily dosage of POWDER as outlined below, shake vigorously for 30 seconds and drink. You may shake and pour dosages into a glass, or drink directly from the shaker. Finish, then add 2oz of liquid, then shake and drink a second time to capture product still on the sides of the shaker. The Powder will not dissolve 100% in water, but will be absorbed in the digestive tract.
IF YOU ARE MIXING IN LIQUIDS: First load your shaker bottle with the recommended amount of liquids as outlined below. OPTIONAL: To add flavor: Add 1 to 3 ounces of your favorite no-sugar-added fruit juice (grape, apple, pomegranate, cranberry, etc., no citrus). This method of adding juice for flavor is also best for children. Do not mix in soda, alcohol, or hot beverages. See children’s dosages below.
NOTE: Amounts (ounces) of water and Juice may be adjusted to meet your personal preference. The less liquid used to mix – the less to drink, but the thicker the solution will be to drink. The more liquid used – the more to drink, but the thinner the solution will be for easier drinking. Use the amounts illustrated, adjusting to meet your preference if needed. After pouring or drinking the doses, to eliminate waste, a couple ounces of liquid may be added to the shaker to remove Product which has adhered to the sides.
MEASURING DOSAGES: (Use plastic scoop provided or a kitchen measuring spoon): For Days 1, 2, 3, and 4, you will be Estimating based on a level scoop. Precision in measuring is Not necessary. It is easy to see the difference between, 1/8th, 1/4 and 1/2 scoops. Just coming close is fine.
When scooping FULL scoops of powder from the bottle, hold the bottle at a 45-degree angle. Place the scoop into the powder loading the scoop, then slowly pull the scoop from the bottle scraping the upper inside shoulder which will level off the scoop as you pull it out of the bottle. The end result will be a slightly rounded scoop. Count the scoops as you go.
CHILDREN: Powder may also be mixed in baby formula, baby food, or moist foods. For Infants up to 3 years old, use 1/2 scoop daily as the top healing level. For children 4 to 6 years old, use 1 scoop daily as the top healing level. For children 7 to 10 years old, use 2 scoops daily as the top healing level. For children 11 to 14 years old, use 3 scoops daily as the top healing level. For Children 15 years to 17, use 4 scoops daily as the top healing level.
IMPORTANT: The POWDER is powerful and will kill harmful disease-causing germs/pathogens of all types. Step-Up Dosage Procedure to avoid detox symptoms and Heal:
Day 1: Mix 1/8th scoop in water, juice, or wet food.
Day 2: Mix 1/4th scoop in water, juice, or wet food.

Day 4: Mix 1/2 scoop in the morning, and 1/2 scoop in the evening.

Feeling Detox Symptoms?
