*Note: As of May 5, 2018, through Improved Stabilization Techniques, the Potency of the Capsules have been further increased by 50%. The capsules are no longer designed to be opened and mixed with water. The Improved Stabilization causes the powder to be more resistant to dissolving in water. The capsules will dissolve in the stomach acid for optimal delivery to the receptor sites in the small intestinal tract.
Take with or without food. Timing is flexible: Take the capsules with spring water, filtered water, or healthy cool or room temperature beverages. Spread dosages out across the day; morning and evening, or morning, noon, and evening. Timing is flexible. Precise time intervals are NOT necessary.

Children or adults who cannot swallow capsules: If you, or your child will not or cannot swallow capsules, you may open the capsule and mix the powder in applesauce, baby-food, formula, yogurt, or other moist foods. Children over 60 pounds should take the full recommended dosage. Children under 60 pounds take half dosages. Children under 30 pounds can take quarter dosages. Overdosing is Not a possibility. NOTE: If you are going to open capsules and mix with food, an easier solution is to simply order the loose ADVANCED POWDER.
Dosages; The Loading Phase: (stepping up slowly to prevent detoxification discomfort.)
Day 1: Take 1 capsule only. Timing is always flexible.
Day 2: Take 1 capsule in the morning, and 1 in the evening. Timing is flexible.
Day 3: Take 1 capsule in the morning, 1 mid-day, and 1 in the evening. Timing is flexible.

The Healing Phase: Day 9 and onward: Remain at a minimum of eight (8) capsules daily and consistently until all symptoms are GONE. This can take several months depending on individual conditions. If your condition is serious or severe, work your way up to Twelve (12) capsules daily, increasing by one capsule each day. Higher dosages may be taken if your condition is critical or life-threatening. The product is natural and overdosing is Not a possibility.
The “Make Sure” Phase: Remain at a Minimum of 8 capsules daily while ALL symptoms are GONE. If you are still experiencing occasional symptoms, you are still in The Healing Phase above. Health Maintenance Phase: After the Make Sure Phase is complete, you may reduce your dosage to 2 to 3 capsules daily. PREFERABLY: Use a 20 to 32 ounce wide-mouth shaker bottle with a plastic shaker-ball inside. Find them in stores or on-line. (The second option would be a jar with a lid): First load your shaker bottle with the recommended minimum amount of liquids outlined (or more to your preference), then scoop in half of the daily dosage of ADVANCED POWDER as outlined below, shake vigorously for 30 seconds and drink directly from the shaker. DO NOT POUR INTO A GLASS. If you mix twice daily, drink directly from the shaker, finish, then add 2oz of liquid, then shake and drink a second time, you will have virtually NO wasted product stuck to the sides of the shaker. You may drink dosages with SHAKES. The POWDER may also be mixed with foods. The Powder will Not dissolve 100% in water, but will be absorbed in the digestive tract. Simply use more liquid than the recommended amounts below to suit your thickness preference.
1. First load your shaker bottle with the proper amount of liquids as outlined below. OPTIONAL: To add flavor: Add 1 to 3 ounces of your favorite no-sugar-added fruit juice (grape, apple, pomegranate, cranberry, etc., no citrus). This method of adding juice for flavor is also best for children. Do not mix in soda, alcohol, or hot beverages. See children’s dosages below.
2. For Levels 1, 2 and 3, you will be Estimating based on a level scoop. Precision in measuring is Not necessary for levels 1, 2 and 3. It is easy to see the difference between 1/16th, 1/8th, 1/4 and 1/2 scoops. Just coming close is fine.
3. When scooping FULL scoops of powder from the bottle, hold the bottle at a 45 degree angle with the bottle mouth over the mouth of your shaker container. Place the scoop into the powder loading the scoop, then slowly pull the scoop from the bottle scraping the upper inside shoulder which will level off the scoop as you pull it out of the bottle. The end result will be a slightly rounded scoop which you dump into your shaker. Count the scoops as you scrape and dump into the shaker bottle.
NOTE: Amounts (ounces) of water and Juice may be adjusted to meet your personal preference. The less liquid used to mix - the less to drink, but the thicker the solution to drink. The more liquid used - the more to drink, but the thinner the solution for easier drinking. Use the amounts illustrated, adjusting to meet your preference if needed. After pouring or drinking the dosages, to eliminate waste, a couple ounces of liquid may be added to the shaker to remove Product which has adhered to the sides.
CHILDREN: Powder may also be mixed in baby formula, baby food, or moist foods. For Infants up to 3 years old, use Level 3 (1/2 scoop) daily as the top healing level. For children 4 to 6 years old, use Level 4 (1 scoop) daily as the top healing level. For children 7 to 10 years old, use Level 5 (1.5 scoops) daily as the top healing level. For children 11 to 14 years old, use Level 6 (2 scoops) daily as the top healing level. For Children 15 years old and up, use full dosages as outlined.
